MarketOfArt grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to promote or resell Digital Products under these Terms. A valid MarketOfArt account must be maintained at all times.
Commission rates are agreed separately and cannot be modified without written consent. Payment schedules and methods are determined solely by MarketOfArt.
Any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. MarketOfArt reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

MarketOfArt may terminate reseller accounts at any time due to violations, fraud, or legal non-compliance. All reseller rights cease immediately upon termination.
