All purchases are made directly from MarketOfArt. We do not operate as a
marketplace, and all products are owned and sold by MarketOfArt.
2. Authorized Use of Products
By purchasing a product from MarketOfArt:
- You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the product you are buying.
- You agree not to use, distribute, or share any digital product downloaded from MarketOfArt. All products are for personal or commercial use as explicitly licensed, but resale or redistribution of the original files is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for any purchases made through affiliate links. MarketOfArt is not liable for any claims, errors, or promises made by resellers or affiliates. Customers are responsible for verifying the product and its use before purchase.
3. Product Delivery
- Products can be downloaded immediately after your purchase is approved.
- If you miss the initial download, you may send a payment receipt via email to support@marketofart.com. After verification, MarketOfArt will manually provide the purchased product files.
- By downloading the product, you agree to comply with the license restrictions and understand that the files cannot be shared or redistributed.

6. Refunds and Cancellation
MarketOfArt offers a 7-day cancellation and refund period for all digital products. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- The product has not been downloaded.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days. MarketOfArt reserves the right to deny a refund if the conditions are not met.
Important: Once the product has been downloaded, no refund is possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be reclaimed after download, and using the material constitutes acceptance of the license terms.
